I always buy tickets here, truly enjoying my trips with GALIZ, however this trip we had a rude driver, who dropped us off at the wrong station and blamed us for this

Absolutely horrendous, I politely asked if the manager spoke English because I hoped to ask if my Pregnant wife could have a better seat. Instead he attacked me, called her numerous swear words and got in her face! And said I'm Moldovan MOLDOVAN LANGUAGE OR RUSSIAN! And was very hating that she was Ukrainian. I must say, this is an international bus right outside the airport. And that manager is completely out of control, the police came, he lied of the assault and subsequently fined. I absolutely, do not recommend this company. I will also add, after his rage at my question of English I walked onto the bus instantly, and he followed me on their to shout at me Infront of everyone for being foreign. This is a Ukrainian route. And if the company reads this. You know exactly who this larger man is by my description already. I do not even slightly recommend this. This incident was recorded in 4 videos.
