Poor time management - a lot of "sanitary" stops and the driver can't manage time properly. As a result 20 min. stop becomes 30-35- min stop. The bus arrived to the end destination almost 2 hours later. Price is higher than competitors have. The price doesn't correspond with the quality.

Everything ok despite the driver was permanently having one hand on his phone and chatting with a partner so concentrated thathe smetimes with the other hand instead keeping at least one hand on the steering wheel made signs in the air.
This also took his concentration from driving with 100 km/h and 40+ passengers behind him and from the street with its many pot holes: handfree driving a bus especially with 100 km/h and chatting on mobile phones should be strictly forbidden with passengers in jeopardy! Or do you want to risk a bus accident with dead peole ?
