Șoferul a fost puțin cam grăbit și nu mi s-a dat locul pe care l-am rezervat

Bună ziua, ar fi minunat dacă ați putea oferi pe site o caseta dedicată comentariilor la plecare, nu doar acea căsuță de NOTĂ

Ideea este că plec din București, dar urc de la aeroportul Otopeni. Nu de Filaret. Și evident niciodată șoferul nu știe. Fie este iritat, fie nu cunoaște. Uneori mi s-a întâmplat să fie așezat altcineva pe locul meu și au urmat discuții cu acel pasager, nu din cele mai plăcute.

Așadar, vă sugerez cumva o caseta mai serioasă de OBSERVAȚII la rezevarea pe site pe care să poată vedea și șoferul și să știe observațiile fiecărui pasager (dacă există). Ar ușura situația pentru toată lumea.

p.s. încă o sugestie, vă rog îi spuneți șoferului să manipuleze el bagajele, nu clienții să se chinuie să le îndese în spate la microbuze. Asta e treaba lui. Uneori am impresia că unii își dau importanța unor șoferi de taxi din Uniunea Sovietică care au impresia despre ei că doar trebuie să birjărească doar la volan și să nu miște vreun deget.

Everything was ok, except the crowded bus. They would need extra space for luggage in a two floor bus.

This is so bad experience , You should read this ! I do not suggest you to take this bus !!!! We almost missed our plane because of them . Normally it start at 18:00 but take start to go at 18:40 so we lost already 40 minute for nothing! And then we lost 4 hour 5 minutes at the border because its a lot of people in the bus etc.) this is border yes its maybe not about the company but dont take big bus ! ) . So even though they knew we lost a lot of time driver still drive slow and very slow what is this even . So when we came to airport they already closed check in and flight so we had to run and ask and beg so they can take us to the flight.. flight was at 11:05 and we were in in the airport at 10:20 so late .. lucky after convincing airline and begging to them they took us to the flight . We were like 15 people for it maybe more.

Timing is totally wrong! They say it arrives to airport at 05:30 but we arrived at 10:15 ! You need to help people planings . You do this jop everyday so you know approximately how much time it takes . You need to mention this !

It was terrible experience and a lot of stress . So next time we will come with small vehicles and different company !
