Hello GAL bus,
In general the trip was great and smooth, without difficulties.
However, I am bit disappointed with the seating arrangement because the bus layout was different in reality.
Originally, I booked for seat 28 because I prefer to have seat , behind me was the bus middle door. On 23 May, I checked, and the bus layout changed, and seat 28 was on the window side, with I couldnot take because I left knee injury. I requested to change to seat no 13, base on bus layout, that seat was with my back on the bus middle door. It was changed by the support team and i was really happy. When I boarded, i was surprised that seat no. 13 was not with the badk on bus middle door. I asked the driver to change it. He was not happy and insisted that I had to sit as per what is written on the ticket. I was bit disappointed with that.
I hope this doesnt happen again in the future.
Ottima esperienza. L'autobus è comodo. Ho dovuto cambiare il mio biglietto. L'assistenza clienti ha gestito tutto in modo efficiente. La cosa principale è non lasciare una richiesta di chiamata o chatbot; è una perdita di tempo. Se necessario, chiamate l'assistenza clienti.
Everything was great. Arrived earlier than expected (spent only 40min at the border comparing to the way here which took 1h40min). Timely departure and arrival, usb and usb-C port to charge your devices under the seat. Clean bus.

Just wanted to thank Help-line staff who do their best to help very fast. This is not the first time they have provided support in an effective and timely manner.

Everything was great apart from the unclear information about the pickup location (aparantely I got the ticket from North station instead of the airport spot and had to wait over an hour for the bus to arrive to the airport). Also, it’s better to get a flexible ticket (just to reserve it instead of buying). This way you can take an earlier bus if you land earlier.
P.S. the wifi wasn’t working for me at all, but I expected it so it didn’t bother me.
