Good Day!
I would like to get, at least, refund for passed trip. Your driver wasn't doing his job properly, that's why we got into car crash with tractor. 40 km before Palanca on Moldova side. Now I have compression fracture of the first thoracic vertebra and concussion.

Poor time management - a lot of "sanitary" stops and the driver can't manage time properly. As a result 20 min. stop becomes 30-35- min stop. The bus arrived to the end destination almost 2 hours later. Price is higher than competitors have. The price doesn't correspond with the quality.
