• How to place an order?
  You can order a ticket on our website galtrans.md.
  In the search form, you need to enter:

  • city of departure;
  • city of arrival;
  • date of travel;
  • click the "Search" button.

  Then, choose a suitable option for you, click the "Book" button, specify the required number of seats, and fill in the requested information (name, surname of the passenger(s), contact phone number, email address, type and number of the travel document if necessary, date of birth, citizenship, and gender).
  After clicking "Book," the screen will display your order number and payment options. An email with additional information about the order and a payment link will also be sent to the specified email address.
  After successful payment and receipt of funds, the system will automatically send your ticket in PDF format to the email address you provided.
• Where to find your order?
  • Information about your booking will be sent to your email;
  • At the top of the website, click on the "Cart" icon to see your list of orders;
  • Access your order from your personal account;
  • Use the "My Ticket" link on the website, entering your order number and security code.
• What are the ticket return conditions?
  Each carrier has its own rules regarding ticket returns.
  Depending on the time left until departure, a cancellation fee may apply—a certain amount that is deducted from the passenger when returning a ticket.
  You can find the return conditions in the "Trip Details" section on the website before purchasing the ticket or on your ticket.
• How to find out which bus to expect?
  Information about the bus (color, brand, license plate) and the driver's phone number (if provided by the carrier) can be obtained by contacting the support service listed on your ticket or one day before departure.
• How to change the date on your ticket?
  To change the departure date on your ticket, you need to contact GALTRANS support via phone, email, or the online chat on the website. For some trips, the date change service may be subject to a fee.
• Payment is not processed. What should I do?
  Possible reasons for failed payment:

  • insufficient funds on the card;
  • the online payment service is not activated on the card;
  • the online payment limit has been exceeded;
  • international payments are not enabled on the card;
  • the payment is made with a card issued by a bank in the USA (such cards may not be accepted).

  We recommend contacting your bank to resolve the issue. After resolving the issue, try to make the payment again.
• Are there discounts for round-trip tickets?
  Yes. Some trips offer discounts on the return ticket. These discounts apply if round-trip tickets are purchased together in one order for the same passenger.
  For more information about which trips are eligible for discounts, contact the GALTRANS support service, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
• How to apply a promo code?
  To activate a promo code during ticket booking, enter it in the corresponding field and click "Apply." Before confirming the booking, ensure the entered details are correct. In case of an error, the promo code cannot be reused after editing or rebooking. The discount will automatically apply during payment.
• Where to find promo codes?
  Information about all current promo codes is provided electronically and can be found on GALTRANS official resources, including the website and their Instagram and Facebook pages.
