Dobry den,malo kdy jedu autobusem,kupovala jizdenku prez internet a poprosila aby mne zavolali,ano mne zavolali skoro v 23,30 .....Kupujuci jizdenku spet poprosila tak,aby mne mesto bylo bliz ke predu a co s toho jednani dostala,tak to bylo jenom obvineni ze ja objednala mestenku sama i jeto moje chyba.JIdnani je hrozne.Je to muj nazor a pokud lide co jeli autobusem se mnou tam i spet mlouvili pravdu,tak meli by zlepsit jednani s zakaznikama.Dekuji a preji krasny den.Z pozdravem Kateryna Tsvilyuk.

I travel very often with many buses. The route from Prague to Wroclaw was the worst I had so far. The drivers were very good, kind and careful on the road. But the bus itself was awful. It was very old, dirty and in a bad condition. Even the back window was broken and fixed in place with ductape. The aircondition was barely working. It was very disappointing.

A successful trip, but... Don't understand smoking cigarettes by both drivers inside the bus. Another weak (?) point is music. 5 hrs of Ukrainian disco is hard to stand...

I will not recommend this carrier. My route was from Prague to Kherson. Dirty bus, it was late for 1 hour, there were no any excuse. I've bought tickets with places, but stuard just said we haven't any places. Just take free one.

I paid more for possibility to choose place in advance.

During the trip there weren't any possibility to decrease volume for tv.
